Objet
Les présentes conditions générales régissent la vente en ligne du produit « Cadre 3D + iPad reconditionné + animation digitale » proposé par Antoine DESPRAIRIES.
Prix
Les prix sont indiqués toutes taxes comprises (TTC) en euros, hors frais de livraison.
Ceux-ci sont précisés lors de la commande.
Commande
La commande est validée lorsque le client a confirmé son achat et effectué le paiement.
Le client s’engage à fournir des informations exactes.
Livraison
Les délais sont indicatifs et varient selon la destination.
La livraison est assurée en France métropolitaine et à l'international.
Les frais sont à la charge du client.
Rétractation
Conformément à la loi, le client dispose de 14 jours à compter de la réception pour exercer son droit de rétractation, sauf pour les produits digitaux (ex : animations) ou scellés qui ont été ouverts (boosters/sleeves…).
Retours et remboursement
Les produits doivent être retournés dans leur emballage d’origine et en parfait état.
Les frais de retour sont à la charge du client sauf produit défectueux ou erreur de notre part.
Les remboursements sont effectués dans un délai de 14 jours après réception.
⚠️ Concernant l’iPad reconditionné : des marques d’usure purement esthétiques (rayures mineures, micro-chocs…) peuvent être présentes sans altérer le bon fonctionnement du produit, et ne constituent pas un motif de retour.
Garantie
Le cadre et l’iPad reconditionné bénéficient de la garantie légale de conformité de 2 ans.
En cas de défaut, contactez-nous pour prise en charge.
ℹ️ L’iPad fourni est un modèle reconditionné vérifié et fonctionnel. Des signes d’usage esthétique peuvent apparaître mais n’affectent ni la performance, ni la garantie.
Propriété intellectuelle
Les animations digitales fournies restent la propriété exclusive de Antoine DESPRAIRIES.
Toute reproduction ou revente est interdite sans autorisation.
Responsabilité
Antoine DESPRAIRIES ne saurait être tenue responsable des dommages liés à une mauvaise utilisation, installation, manipulation, ou modification du produit par le client, y compris les dommages causés par l’utilisation d’accessoires non fournis ou une exposition à des conditions inadéquates (humidité, chaleur excessive, chute…).
Litiges
En cas de litige, une solution amiable sera privilégiée.
À défaut, le tribunal compétent sera celui du siège social.

Purpose
These general terms govern the online sale of the product "3D frame + refurbished iPad + digital animation" offered by Antoine DESPRAIRIES.
Prices
Prices are listed in euros, all taxes included (VAT), excluding shipping costs.
These are specified at the time of order.
Order
An order is confirmed once the customer has completed the purchase and payment.
The customer agrees to provide accurate information.
Delivery
Delivery times are indicative and may vary depending on destination.
Delivery is available in mainland France and internationally.
Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Right of withdrawal
In accordance with the law, customers have 14 days from receipt to exercise their right of withdrawal, except for digital products (e.g., animations) or sealed items that have been opened (boosters/sleeves...).
Returns and refunds
Products must be returned in their original packaging and in perfect condition.
Return costs are the customer's responsibility unless the product is defective or an error has occurred.
Refunds are processed within 14 days of receipt.
⚠️ Regarding the refurbished iPad: purely cosmetic signs of wear (minor scratches, small dents, etc.) may be present without affecting functionality. These are not considered valid grounds for return.
Warranty
The frame and refurbished iPad are covered by the 2-year legal warranty of conformity.
If a defect arises, please contact us for assistance.
ℹ️ The iPad provided is a verified, functional refurbished model. Aesthetic wear may be visible but does not affect performance or warranty.
Intellectual property
All provided digital animations remain the exclusive property of Antoine DESPRAIRIES.
Reproduction or resale is prohibited without prior authorization.
Liability
Antoine DESPRAIRIES shall not be held responsible for any damage caused by improper use, installation, handling, or modification of the product by the customer.
This includes damage caused by non-supplied accessories or exposure to unsuitable conditions (moisture, excessive heat, dropping, etc.).
Disputes
In the event of a dispute, amicable resolution will be prioritized.
Failing that, the competent court will be that of the business's registered address.
